Request a Warranty

If you are experiencing an issue with your WOO sensor, please contact

  1. Email WOO Customer Support at with a description of the problem you're experiencing. Please make sure to include your WOO account email, WOO ID, and receipt of purchase.
  2. We'll help troubleshoot the problem with you. If the WOO sensor needs to be replaced, we'll ask for your sensor to be mailed back to our offices in either Boston or the Netherlands.
  3. Upon receipt of the WOO sensor or a confirmation of shipment, we'll set you up a replacement through our online store.

We'll do our best to get you back out there and logging sessions - thanks for your patience!
