Pairing & Updating

Check bottom of your WOO to confirm your WOO ID.

Place WOO on charge if the battery is low.

If the battery is already charged, hold the power button for about 2 seconds to enter stand by mode.

To pair you phone to your WOO:
Head over to WOO app. Go to my WOO page.
Tap the blue "+" button top right of the screen.
When the correct WOO ID pops up, Tap on the WOO ID.

To update firmware
If there is a new firmware available and your phone is connected to the internet you will automatically be prompted to update your device. tap update firmware and wait for the firmeware to be downloaded then installed while connected to your phone.
