Just Got your Apple Watch? Here's how to get set up with the app and setting for the best experinece on the water.

  1. Download the app.
  2. Set required permissions
  3. Watch display settings for the best experience.

1. Download The App

First you need the app on your phone and your watch, then we can change the settings and set the preferences. Ensure both I-phone and Apple Watch are charged and up to date with the latest software.

Phone

On your I-phone, open the app store, search for WOO sports and download.

Watch

Go to apps list on your Apple watch and confirm the WOO app is installed on your watch as well. (It should be automatic so long as your watch is connected to the internet via LTE, your phone, or WiFi. If the WOO app is not visible on in your watch's app list, you can always install the WOO app manually via your I-phone inside of your "watch" app. Scroll the the bottom of the app and under "available apps" you should see Woo Sports and the option "install" on the right hand side, tap on "install" shortly after you should then be able to find the WOO app on your watch.

2. Set Permission

Permissions

Please make sure all permissions requested by the app are granted. You are asked the first time you open the Watch app. If you missed them, the system won’t ask you again, so you’ll have to enable all permissions manually through the regular Settings on the phone connected to the watch.

Location:

Phone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > WOO Sports:
Allow Location Access - Always Precise Location - Enabled

Bluetooth:

Phone Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth > WOO Sports - Enabled

Log in on watch

  1. Open the WOO app on your Watch and on your phone at the same time to allow the watch to log in to your WOO account and sync sessions. You may need to force quit the mobile app and reopen if your watch is not logging in to your profile.

3) Preferences
