WOO Cares! WE'RE HERE TO HELP

As riders ourselves, we know how frustrating it is when gear gets in the way of a great session.

We’ve designed WOO to be as simple to use as possible, but in the chance that you need a hand getting things going, we’re here to help. Check out the documentation and feel free to shoot us a message about anything! Reach us at support@woosports.com

Leaderboards

stack up any leaderboard for any metric...

the Leaderboards Section

you can quickly go to the Leaderboards section by tapping the second to left icon on the bottom menu.

Here, we'll walk you through everything you can do within the Leaderboards Section of the WOO Sports App. Including:

· Leaderboards

· Switch Games
· Apply Filters
· Change Metrics
· Pull-to-Refresh
· Your Own Position
· Go to Other User's Profile

Note:

if the iOS or Android screenshot is missing from the feature-docs, it means the feature is not yet included in the platform you're not seeing (iOS or Android)

Leaderboards

Leaderboards are the prefect tool to see how you compare against your friends and the rest of the world. They provide you with a clear overview of who is claiming top-spot!

Switch Games

Located directly under the filters is the game-bar which tells you which game you're currently viewing. The active game that is showing is market in blue. Simply swipe left / right to change game on iOS, or tab the game that is market in grey in Android.

Apply Filters

You can view Leaderboards in Community (everyone), Following (just the riders you follow on WOO), or you can select a Continent, Country, or a specific Spot to filter the leaderboards so that you only see user that have posted a session with those filter settings. Next to the Community filter is the Date filer, where you put a time-range on the Leaderboard ranging from one Day, to All Time. Besides that you can also filter the leaderboards by Gender (Everyone, Men, Women) by pressing the icon in the top-right corner. Finally, you can also apply a hashtag (#) to only show sessions that have that hashtag in their session description.
Filter the Leaderboards by:

· Community Filter (Community, Following, Continent, Country, Spot)
· Date Filter (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, All Time)
· Gender Filter (Everyone, Men, Women)
· Hashtag Filter (suggestions are ordered by popularity of Hashtag)

Did You Know?

The state of the Gender Filter is indicated by the icon it's showing. The icon for 'Men only' has short hair, the icon for 'Women only' has long hair. Put the Gender Filter to Everyone and you'll see both the icon for 'Men only' and 'Women only' merged together.

Change Metrics

You can easily change which metric you're viewing on the leaderboards by swiping left / right in the metric-bar. These metrics differ per sport, so we've made it easy by having an overview per sport here:

Pull-to-Refresh

If you're at the top of the Leaderboard, you can simply swipe down to cause the Leaderboard to refresh, that way you can make sure you don't miss any new sessions coming in, and always have the latest and most up-to-date Leaderboard.

Your Own Position

On the bottom of the screen, just above the bottom menu, you'll find your position on the leaderboard you're viewing. It may say either one of the following two options:

· You are not ranked (if you aren't listed on the leaderboard)
· Your Position: X / X (if you are listed on the leaderboard)

Other User's Profile

If you click on a User that is listed in the Leaderboard, you'll be taken to their profile. Here, you can follow other rider within the WOO Community. If you follow another rider, you'll be notified when they post a 'big session', as well as they are added to your personal 'following' filter for the Community filter on both the Activity Feed and the Leaderboards.

To follow other riders, find them on the Activity Feed, Leaderboards, or using Find Friends from the Options . Go to their profile page and click the 'follow'-icon on the top-right corner.

· if the icon has a grey border, it means you're not following that rider.
· if the icon has a solid blue color, it means you're following that rider.
