WOO includes a 1-Year Warranty.
If you bought your product directly from woosports.com and have a warranty claim within 1 year of purchase, you can return it following the below procedure.
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from WOO Customer Support by emailing email@example.com. Please make sure to include your WOO ID, as well as a copy of your receipt of purchase.
- If the request is approved you will receive an email with an RMA # and return shipping label.
- Package products along with a copy of the RMA form.
- Write the RMA number you receive from WOO on the outside of the box and use the shipping label to return the item to WOO: (items must be received by WOO within 14 days of issuing the RMA):
If you purchased your product from an authorized WOO Sports retailer and have a warranty claim please contact the retailer where the product was initially purchased for all warranty claims.
