WOO Cares! WE'RE HERE TO HELP

As riders ourselves, we know how frustrating it is when gear gets in the way of a great session.

We’ve designed WOO to be as simple to use as possible, but in the chance that you need a hand getting things going, we’re here to help. Check out the documentation and feel free to shoot us a message about anything! Reach us at support@woosports.com

Changing Games
On either side of you profile is one of the WOO Games displayed, you can tab on one of the 'game'-icons to switch games. If the 'game'-icon is blue, the game is active. If the 'game'-icon is grey, the game is inactive. For example, in the image below the game Kite - Big Air is active.

You'll notice a blue circle around your profile picture, this represents how complete your profile is. If you entered all the information in Edit Profile, you'll find that the blue circle is 100% round. It's a quick and easy way to see how complete a users' profile actually is.

The Profile holds three separate sections, each represented by a tab. These sections include:

· Stats / Tricktionary
· Achievements

Achievements

This section of the Profile presents one of the Singleplayer game elements within the world of WOO. It holds all the Achievements you managed to unlock, as well as the Achievements: Badges that you didn't unlock just yet. There are two different types of Achievements: Milestones & Badges:

Milestones
Milestones are achievements that tap into your personal progression as a rider, they relate to moments when you break new grounds as a rider. As you can only break new grounds once, you will only be able to unlock a Milestone once. Milestones are very high in visual detail, and we'll celebrate this moment of progression by marking the Milestone with your personal data:

· Profile Picture
· Name
· Date (when you unlocked the Milestone)
· Spot (where you unlocked the Milestone)

Within the World of WOO, we offer a number of Milestones, including:

Big Air Game
· Jump Height
· Cumulative Daily Jump Height
__

Freestyle Games
· Jump Airtime
· Cumulative Daily Jump Airtime

Did You Know?

We'll also hint towards how far away the next Milestone is for you. This in indicated in three places:

· Underneath the Name of the Milestones (f.e. Jump Height)
· The horizontal Blue bar just above the Milestones is 100% blue when you unlock the next Milestone
· In the Grey box where your next Milestone will be when you unlock it.

Badges
Badges are achievements that offer fun little challenges for you to do while riding with WOO. These challenges are for you to #playmore, and you can get (most) badges multiple times. Some Badges apply to all WOO Games, other Badges might be specific to a (number of) WOO Game(s). Badges include:

All Games
· Days in a Row
· Different Spots
__

Big Air Game
· X over X
· Hattricks
__

Freestyle Games
· Different Tricks in a Session

Note:

Check the WOO Sports App to find out exactly what you need to do to unlock each badge! Find it on the Apple App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android

Sessions

If you scroll down the sessions section of your profile, you will find all your sessions are listed in chronological order. Frankly it's your personal Activity Feed. Session are listed according to their respective mode, so check if you are in the right mode if you can't find one of your sessions.

Similar to sessions displayed in the Activity, you can tab a session to go to the Session Details of the session.

Did You Know?

The Icon of the Sessions section in your Profile changes depending on which Sport you're currently logged into. That way you'll always know exactly if you're in WOO Snow, WOO Kite, or WOO Wake.

Other User's Profile

You can follow other rider within the WOO Community. If you follow another rider, you'll be notified when they post a 'big session', as well as they are added to your personal 'following' filter for the Community filter on both the Activity Feed and the Leaderboards.

To follow other riders, find them on the Activity Feed , Leaderboards, or using Find Friends from the Options . Go to their profile page and click the 'follow'-icon on the top-right corner.

· if the icon has a grey border, it means you're not following that rider.
· if the icon has a solid blue color, it means you're following that rider.
