Request a Warranty

If you would like to apply for a warranty replacement, please fill out this form: Warranty Form
Once we review your application we will get back to you via support@woosports.com and issue a replacement or ask for more information.

WOO includes a 1-Year Warranty.

If you bought your product directly from woosports.com and have a warranty claim within 1 year of purchase, you can return it following the below procedure.

  1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from WOO Customer Support by emailing support@woosports.com. Please make sure to include your WOO ID, as well as a copy of your receipt of purchase.
  2. If the request is approved you will receive an email with an RMA # and return shipping label.
  3. Package products along with a copy of the RMA form.
  4. Write the RMA number you receive from WOO on the outside of the box and use the shipping label to return the item to WOO: (items must be received by WOO within 14 days of issuing the RMA):

If you purchased your product from an authorized WOO Sports retailer and have a warranty claim please contact the retailer where the product was initially purchased for all warranty claims.
